Veridian Healthcare is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to support billing, collections, and cash
application functions as part of a growing and evolving finance organization. This role is critical in maintaining accurate receivables data, supporting cash flow, and ensuring a strong customer billing experience. As Veridian continues to scale, this role will help strengthen AR processes and improve visibility into revenue and collections performance.
Responsibilities
● Generate and process customer invoices accurately and timely
● Apply incoming payments and reconcile customer accounts
● Monitor outstanding balances and support collections efforts
● Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies in partnership with internal teams and customers
● Maintain AR subledger accuracy and support month-end close
● Assist in improving AR processes, reporting, and system utilization
● Communicate professionally with customers regarding billing and payment inquiries
Qualifications
● 1–3 years of accounts receivable, billing, or accounting experience
● ERP system (NetSuite) experience required
● Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
● Experience in healthcare, distribution, or service-based industries preferred
● Strong communication and customer-facing skills

The salary range for this position is $50,000 – $70,000.
