JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the day to day operation and maintenance of the Shinohara press.

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the day to day operation and maintenance of the Shinohara press.
• Inspects its printed sheets.
• Minor mechanical adjustments as necessary.
• Set-up for other shifts.
• Color to color registration and color matching.
• Meets production quality goals and waste goals.
• Maintains its cleanliness and operation.
• Ensure accuracy of printed material coming from the press.

EXPERIENCE

• Participates in and/or leads design discussions with business and functional team
• Above average mechanical reasoning skills needed
• Must have attention to detail ability to be a team player good communication skills and a self-starter
• Responsible for supplying technical direction based on an understanding of those business needs
• Has ability to design and implement simple solutions to highly complex business challenges

  Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand, kneel, bend and walk for 8 - 10 hours a day.
  • Must be able to lift 35 lbs regularly and 50 lbs on occasion.
  • Must wear hearing protection on the production floor at all times.
• Education
  • H.S. Diploma or GED equivalent.

• Hourly Pay Rate: $19 - $21 hourly $1.75 Shift Differential
• Schedule: Monday – Friday 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm
