- Support customers with troubleshooting by phone and email and perform in‑house troubleshooting and equipment repair.
- Maintain VSUS lab units and perform maintenance on customer equipment according to preventive maintenance contracts.
- Quote spare parts and help maintain strong relationships with key account personnel and end users.
- Keep a clean and organized workspace.
- Associate’s Degree in a technical field preferred; alternatively, minimum 3 years’ experience as a maintenance/service technician in a laboratory or factory setting.
- Understand single and 3‑phase wiring; familiar with multimeter, clamp meter, basic hand tools; able to read schematics and technical drawings; basic understanding of mechanical systems.
- Experience working with a CRM and ERP system; proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
