Primary Purpose of the Position
The Private Wealth Associate (PWA) is accountable for delivering high quality and efficient service to both internal and external clients. The PWA directly contributes to key business outcomes such as client retention, client satisfaction, enhancing Verdence Capital Advisor’s value to clients and prospects, achieves operating/margin targets and fosters a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
Main Responsibilities
· Provides exceptional service to an assigned group of client accounts
· Manages client onboarding and provides correct documentation for opening new accounts
· Continuously monitors client accounts and service requests
· Build and solidify relationships with existing clients by providing ongoing customer support
· Resolves issues in a manner that’s appropriate for both the client and the company
· Uses systems, services, and resources to execute work as effectively and efficiently as possible
· Leads appropriate resources to address the client’s needs
· Maintains complete and accurate client and policy data within the Verdence systems
· Execute Administrative tasks, when appropriate. This could include scheduling, handling calls, travel arrangements, expense management, etc.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree with 5 years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10 years client service and/or financial management experience
· Proficiency and aptitude in utilizing MS Office, custodian platforms and other desktop applications
· Effectively manages/balances multiple, competing priorities.
· Works in a self-directed manner and detailed oriented.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong computer skills, including proprietary software.
· Microsoft Office Suite
· Superior interpersonal, organizational and client service skills
· Solid work ethic, professionalism, and positive attitude
· Proactively communicate with all stakeholders on the status/completion of tasks.
