As an HR Administrative Assistant, you'll play an essential role in maintaining accuracy and organization while managing sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.

What You'll Do

This is more than a typical administrative role-you'll be a key contributor to our HR department's success. Here's how you'll make an impact:

  • Streamline Onboarding: Manage documentation, follow up as needed, and ensure all new hire processes are completed accurately and on time.
  • Support Recruiting Efforts: Assist with scheduling interviews, checking references, and conducting background checks.
  • Stay Organized: Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with precision.
  • Assist with HR Processes: Process paperwork for employee transfers, pay adjustments, and job classification changes.
  • Contribute to Reporting: Help prepare reports on attendance, onboarding, turnover, and other HR metrics.
  • Keep Things Moving: Manage departmental communications, direct inquiries, and coordinate mail distribution.
  • Build a Positive Environment: Promote clear communication between employees and management while escalating concerns as appropriate.

What You'll Bring to the Role

We're looking for someone who is detail-driven, reliable, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks. Here's what you'll need:

  • Experience: At least three (3) years in HR administration.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Character: High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Bilingual Skills: Fluency in Spanish required.
