What You'll Do
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll be the engine behind our recruiting process-keeping everything running smoothly while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Recruitment Coordination
- Schedule interviews and manage complex calendars across multiple teams
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience
- Post job openings and keep listings accurate and up to date
- Support hiring managers with candidate tracking and pipeline updates
Create an Outstanding Candidate Experience
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates
- Ensure every interaction reflects Verde's culture and professionalism
- Support hiring events, career fairs, and outreach efforts
Support Hiring & Onboarding
- Assist with offer letters, background checks, and pre-employment steps
- Partner with HR to ensure a seamless transition from candidate to new hire
Keep Things Organized & Running Smoothly
- Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Track recruiting activity and help generate reports
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
Stay Compliant & Detail-Oriented
- Ensure hiring practices align with employment laws and company policies
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all candidate information
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills-you're clear, professional, and people-focused
- Experience with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office tools
- A high level of attention to detail and follow-through
- A passion for creating a great experience for candidates and teams
