This Operations Manager role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day execution across assigned customer accounts while driving service excellence, safety, sustainability, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

- Identify, address, and mitigate safety hazards and operational risks across assigned sites
- Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions when needed
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses with timely follow-up and documentation
- Reinforce safety awareness, accountability, and training across teams
- Ensure proper PPE usage and compliance with safety protocols
- Maintain working knowledge of janitorial tools, equipment, and cleaning materials

What You Bring
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive operations experience, preferably in janitorial, facilities, or service-related industries
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience managing direct reports
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform physical activities required for operational oversight, with reasonable accommodations available
- Frequent walking and use of hands for handling tools and equipment
- Occasional standing, sitting, and repetitive motion
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed
