We're looking for an Operations Director who is passionate about operational excellence, people development, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This Operations Director role is responsible for leading and standardizing operational processes across all assigned sites while driving consistency, efficiency, sustainability, and service excellence.

What You'll Do
Safety: We are stewards of your mental and physical well-being
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate safety and security risks across all sites
- Conduct routine safety inspections and implement corrective actions when needed
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses while ensuring timely documentation and follow-through
- Partner with the EHS team to reinforce safety initiatives and ensure compliance across locations
- Promote a strong culture of safety through accountability, awareness, and training
- Ensure proper use and enforcement of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Maintain expert knowledge of janitorial tools, equipment, materials, and safe operating practices
Sustainability: We prioritize eco-friendly solutions
- Promote environmentally responsible practices throughout operations
- Collaborate with Procurement to support sustainability initiatives and track green spend
- Educate employees and customers on sustainability best practices
- Partner with vendors to support eco-friendly sourcing and innovation
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency while reducing environmental impact
- Maintain expertise in green cleaning products, methods, and equipment

The Operations Director plays a critical role in translating strategic vision into operational execution while building high-performing teams and maintaining exceptional service standards across the organization.

What You Bring
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive operations leadership experience, preferably within janitorial, facilities, or service-based industries
- Minimum of 7 years of people leadership experience managing direct reports and driving performance
- Strong understanding of operational processes, workforce planning, and service delivery models
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform physical activities necessary to support operational oversight, with reasonable accommodations available
