We are seeking an experienced, polished, and highly discreet Housekeeper / Household Assistant to support a private principal based in Atlanta, Georgia. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity within a private residence, suited to someone who understands the standards and professionalism required when working in a high-net-worth household.

The principal is an older individual, so strong spoken English, excellent communication, and a calm, service-oriented approach are essential.

This role requires a hands-on candidate who is equally comfortable with full-charge housekeeping, household organisation, and providing day-to-day household assistance to ensure the residence operates smoothly and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-charge housekeeping of the private residence, maintaining immaculate daily standards throughout

• Detailed cleaning, deep cleaning, and overall household presentation

• Laundry management including washing, ironing, steaming, wardrobe care, and closet organisation

• Bed making, linen changes, and inventory management of household supplies

• Grocery shopping, errands, and household restocking as required

• Preparing the home for guests and ensuring guest-ready standards at all times

• Light household administration and general household support

• Working closely with the principal to anticipate needs and maintain smooth daily operations

• Maintaining complete discretion, confidentiality, and professional boundaries at all times

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience working within private households for HNW / UHNW principals is essential

• Proven longevity in previous private service roles

• Strong housekeeping standards with exceptional attention to detail

• Highly discreet, trustworthy, and polished presentation

• Fluent English is required with strong communication skills

• Calm, professional, and service-minded personality

• Comfortable working in a principal-led household with a hands-on approach

• Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently

• Must be legally authorised to work in the United States

• Candidates must already be based in the US

• Valid driver’s license preferred
