An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $22.00 - $23.00 USD per hour. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.

- Enters customer orders into the company’s order entry system
- Assists with requests on pricing, shipping, product availability, terms and conditions, and item information
- Assist our customers in determining product needs and provide basic assistance on Hach's products
- Enter new accounts and updates existing accounts with accurate billing, shipping, contact information, and special request account coding
- Ensure long term customer relationships by utilizing professional and pleasant customer service skills
- Identify sales opportunities and offer suggestions for complementary items to our customers
- Hach releases over 10 products per year, so you will always be learning and working on new items. This is fast-paced and significant work!

- High School diploma required
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced contact center environment, with a strong emphasis on multi-tasking while actively listening to customers
- Strong problem-solving skills: Ability to resolve customer complaints/problems and provide follow up to customers and supervisor
- Experience with MS Office, Salesforce, and Oracle preferred
- Cisco, Upstream, and Windows 7 OS software experience preferred
