What You’ll Do:
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and marketing strategies
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both new and existing clients
- Engage with customers in a friendly, personalized way in our in-store marketing campaigns
- Assist our sales and marketing team in new customer acquisition for our client through closed sales.
- Represent the company in a professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience while adhering to our company values.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in customer service, sales, or marketing preferred but not required
- Strong ability to build relationships and connect with clients
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized, adaptable, and driven to succeed
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred, but a high school diploma is accepted
