Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure clinical excellence
- Manage staffing across departments to optimize efficiency and engagement
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including patient satisfaction
- Address quality assurance and patient care concerns proactively
- Lead the recruitment, development, and retention of nursing staff
- Maintain policy compliance while fostering innovation and adaptability
- Champion cost-effective practices that do not compromise quality of care
- Ensure readiness and compliance with Title 22, Nurse Practice Act, and other regulations
- Manage departmental inventory and maintain optimal supply levels
- Active RN license in the state of Arizona
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Nursing, Healthcare, Business, Public Administration, or related field
- 3 years of clinical experience in Labor & Delivery
- 1 year of healthcare supervisory experience
