Key Responsibilities
Current State Analysis
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and on-site observations to understand existing workflows
- Document end-to-end processes, systems, dependencies, and stakeholder roles
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, redundancies, and compliance issues
- Create future-state process maps using Lean, Six Sigma, or best practice methodologies
- Recommend improvements in workflow, technology integration, and organizational structure
- Work closely with IT teams and Business Analysts to align process changes with technical capabilities
- Present redesigned processes to stakeholders and secure buy-in
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and pilot programs
- Support phased rollouts and track effectiveness of changes
- Define and monitor KPIs for each redesigned process
- Provide recommendations for refinement post-implementation
- Serve as an ongoing advisor for sustained process improvements
- Strong business process analysis and workflow mapping experience
- Proven ability to engage with frontline staff, leadership, and technical teams
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks
- Ability to create future-state process designs and guide successful adoption
- Self-starter, comfortable working independently in a hybrid environment
