To support this initiative, they are seeking a Process Improvement Analyst (Technical Specialist - Junior) to work collaboratively with leadership, staff, and IT teams to analyze current operations and redesign them for increased efficiency, customer satisfaction, and long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Current State Analysis

• Conduct interviews, workshops, and on-site observations to understand existing workflows
• Document end-to-end processes, systems, dependencies, and stakeholder roles
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, redundancies, and compliance issues
  
  

Process Redesign

• Create future-state process maps using Lean, Six Sigma, or best practice methodologies
• Recommend improvements in workflow, technology integration, and organizational structure
• Work closely with IT teams and Business Analysts to align process changes with technical capabilities
  
  

Change Management

• Present redesigned processes to stakeholders and secure buy-in
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and pilot programs
• Support phased rollouts and track effectiveness of changes
  
  

Continuous Improvement

• Define and monitor KPIs for each redesigned process
• Provide recommendations for refinement post-implementation
• Serve as an ongoing advisor for sustained process improvements
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Strong business process analysis and workflow mapping experience
• Proven ability to engage with frontline staff, leadership, and technical teams
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks
• Ability to create future-state process designs and guide successful adoption
• Self-starter, comfortable working independently in a hybrid environment
