Key Responsibilities
FTOS Platform Support
- Support Axway and Connect:Direct (NDM) platforms
- Monitor file transfer jobs, batch processes, and workflows
- Ensure system availability and reliability
- Handle L2/L3 production support
- Troubleshoot file transfer failures and system issues
- Perform root cause analysis
- Monitor alerts, batch failures, and queues
- Use monitoring tools (Grafana or similar)
- Participate in risk and control processes
- Follow enterprise compliance standards
- Work with application and infrastructure teams
- Support enterprise incident resolution
- Maintain operational procedures and documentation
- 5 years of Systems / Operations Engineering experience
- Strong experience with Axway (Required)
- Strong experience with Connect: Direct / NDM (Required)
- Strong production support experience
- Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills
- Experience in enterprise file transfer systems
- Monitoring tools experience
