Key Responsibilities
Planning & Scheduling
- Develop and manage work orders, preventive and predictive maintenance schedules
- Ensure all required information is included to optimize technician efficiency
- Maintain weekday, weekend, and outage schedules
- Identify, procure, and stage materials, tools, and equipment
- Pre-kit parts to improve wrench time and reduce delays
- Review completed work and plan follow-up actions
- Utilize Oracle eAM (CMMS) for work order management
- Maintain and update maintenance documentation, calibration records, and work instructions
- Enter production and maintenance data to support continuous improvement
- Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to improve maintenance processes
- Identify opportunities for efficiency and reliability improvements
- Ensure all work complies with safety, health, and environmental standards
- Collaborate with EHS team for safe work planning and approvals
- Support overtime system management
- Order and manage inventory of maintenance supplies
- Backfill Maintenance Supervisor role during absences or outages
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience
- 3-5 years of planning and scheduling experience
- Mechanical and/or electrical background
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (No sponsorship available)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical field
- 3 years planning experience in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of Oracle eAM or CMMS systems
- Experience in maintenance, machining, or fabrication
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Effective communication (written & verbal)
- Problem-solving and coordination abilities
- Conflict resolution skills
- Strong computer and system proficiency
- Mechanical or electrical background
- Experience in maintenance planning in manufacturing
- Strong CMMS (Oracle eAM preferred) experience
- Blueprint reading skills
- Hands-on maintenance or shop floor experience
