Key Responsibilities
Patient Care & Clinical Excellence
- Provide direct respiratory therapy and sleep lab patient care
- Perform patient assessments and develop treatment plans
- Deliver cardiopulmonary therapeutic interventions
- Monitor patient response and adjust treatments accordingly
- Support sleep studies and respiratory diagnostics
- Operate respiratory and monitoring equipment
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient care activities
- Work closely with physicians, nurses, and care teams
- Participate in interdisciplinary care planning
- Support continuity of care and patient outcomes
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and hospital policies
- Maintain patient safety and infection control practices
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Associate's Degree (or equivalent meeting licensure requirements)
- Active Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License (required upon hire)
