- Program Delivery & Governance: Lead the execution of EAM initiatives within formal PMO frameworks (PMBOK/Stage-Gate), ensuring projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Strategic Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between Capital Delivery, Architecture, IT Operations, and Cybersecurity teams to ensure technical feasibility and operational alignment.
- EAM Transformation: Drive the implementation and optimization of IBM Maximo MAS, focusing on business process transformation and asset lifecycle excellence.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Jira to develop complex data sets, dashboards, and visualizations that support executive decision-making.
- Risk & Compliance: Manage technology risks and ensure all infrastructure assets adhere to rigorous cybersecurity and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Facilitate high-level workshops and documentation sessions to bridge requirements between technical delivery teams and operational stakeholders.
- Experience: 10 years of project management experience specifically within asset-intensive or large-scale infrastructure environments.
- Technical Expertise: Proven track record delivering IBM Maximo MAS or "out of the box" EAM initiatives; familiarity with Maximo modules (Health, Predict, Monitor) is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Software Proficiency: Expert-level command of project and analysis tools, including MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucid, and the MS Office Suite.
- Systems Integration: Experience supporting complex integrations between EAM platforms and ERP, GIS, SCADA, or external data platforms.
- Industry Standards: Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle processes and familiarity with ISO 55000 or IAM standards.
- Certifications: PMP certification is required; IBM Maximo or Asset Management certifications (IAM/ISO) are a significant plus.
