Key Responsibilities
- Perform general ledger accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
- Support financial forecasting, reporting, and analysis using tools such as PeopleSoft and OneStream.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal control policies.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders during audits and financial reviews.
- Assist with preparation and analysis of financial statements and management reports.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within accounting operations.
- 2-4 years of direct experience in an accounting environment (mix of public accounting and industry experience preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of US GAAP.
- Experience with GL and Forecasting tools (e.g., PeopleSoft, OneStream).
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and complex formulas.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA certification or active progress toward CPA.
- Experience with Statutory Audits.
- Familiarity with Power BI and Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
