Key Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care in Labor & Delivery, Antepartum, and Mother-Baby units.
- Participate in Team Birth and use huddles to communicate care plans with families and the birthing team.
- Assess and manage high-risk perinatal patients during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods.
- Provide triage for OB patients and manage patient flow safely and efficiently.
- Perform emergency interventions as required, including neonatal resuscitation.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and adhere to regulatory and hospital standards.
- Promote a safe and supportive environment for patients, families, and staff.
- Participate in continuous professional development and emergency simulation drills.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse (RN) License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
- National certification in obstetric, labor & delivery, or postpartum nursing specialty.
