- Deliver patient-focused, whole-person care consistent with hospital standards.
- Apply specialized nursing training to assess and manage emergency patients.
- Perform emergency interventions as per established protocols and scope of practice.
- Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and ancillary staff.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Promote a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
- Participate in continuous professional development and maintain certifications.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse (RN) License upon hire.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
- National certification in Emergency Nursing or area of specialty.
