- Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend
- Holiday Rotation: Every Other Holiday
- Float Requirement: Skilled Nursing, OB (Postpartum Care)

Must-Have Qualifications
- Active Kansas RN License (Required prior to start)
- BLS Certification (Required)
- Ability to obtain ACLS & PALS within 6 months of hire
- Strong knowledge of Med Surg nursing practices
- Ability to manage multiple patients (ratio :6:1)
- BSN Degree (Preferred)
- Experience in Med Surg or acute care settings
- Experience with IV therapy, wound care, admissions/discharges
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- 20-Bed Med Surg Unit
- Onsite role in Liberal, KS
- Fast-paced acute care setting
- Must be flexible with day/night rotating shifts
- Must be comfortable floating to other units
- Dress Code: Minimal jewelry; no visible facial/body piercings (except standard ear piercings)
- Must comply with all clinical and regulatory standards
