- Shift: Variable (Days / Evenings)
- Schedule: 8 / 10 / 12-hour shifts
- Call Requirement:
- Monday - Friday: 9:00 PM - 6:30 AM
- Weekends (Sat/Sun): 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM - 6:30 AM
- Holiday / weekend coverage required based on unit needs

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Procedures
- Provide nursing care during surgical procedures
- Perform circulating duties in the operating room
- Assist in complex surgical cases
- Orthopedic
- Neurosurgery / Spine
- General Surgery
- Robotic / Laparoscopic
- ENT, Plastics, Burns, Urology, GYN, Transplant
- Ensure patient safety and maintain sterile environment
- Monitor patient condition during procedures
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Utilize EPIC EMR system
- Ensure compliance with documentation standards
- Minimum 2 years of Operating Room RN experience
- Experience in Level 1 Trauma Center
- BLS Certification (Required)
- Experience with EPIC EMR system
- Experience in ENT, GU, Plastics, Burns
- Experience in high-acuity surgical environments
- Strong multi-specialty OR experience
- Perioperative nursing care
- Patient safety and sterile techniques
