Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts for regression and smoke testing using Selenium and/or AccelQ.
- Perform comprehensive functional testing of applications, with a focus on D365 environments.
- Create and execute detailed test cases, test plans, and scenarios based on business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and quality expectations.
- Conduct regression, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support.
- Log, track, and manage defects; participate in defect triage and verify fixes.
- Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and industry best practices.
- 12 years of experience in QA testing (both automation and functional).
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium (AccelQ experience is a plus).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) testing.
- Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience in creating, maintaining, and executing automation frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
