- MSLT (Multiple Sleep Latency Test)
- MWT (Maintenance of Wakefulness Test)
- Diagnostic sleep studies
- Therapeutic modality application
- Sleep study scoring and interpretation support
- Scheduling
- Database management
- Quality improvement initiatives
- Electronic and paper file maintenance
- EMU equipment troubleshooting
- May perform routine EEGs and take call (EEG work does not apply to Medford)
- Conduct comprehensive sleep studies
- Collect, analyze, and correlate diagnostic data
- Apply CPAP/BiPAP and other therapeutic modalities
- Ensure accurate scoring and documentation
- Maintain equipment functionality
- Participate in departmental quality improvement
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during overnight monitoring
- Education meeting certification/licensure requirements
- Oregon Polysomnographic Technologist License OR
- Oregon Polysomnographic Technologist/Respiratory Therapist License
- OR National credential:
- Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) - BRPT
- Certified Polysomnographic Technician (CPSGT) - BRPT
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (upon hire/start date)
- 2-5 years experience
