Plant Site Manager

The Plant Site Manager is responsible for overseeing overall plant operations, ensuring performance across safety, quality, cost, productivity, and reliability. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to build high-performing teams within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead plant operations focusing on safety, cost, quality, uptime, and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety regulations
• Drive production targets, quality standards, and on-time delivery
• Develop and execute short- and long-term operational strategies
• Manage departments including production, quality, maintenance, shipping, and scheduling
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams
• Optimize plant processes to become a low-cost, high-efficiency producer
• Manage plant assets and align operations with strategic business goals
• Collaborate with leadership and other facilities for operational alignment
  
  

Must-Have Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred but not mandatory)
• 6 years of production/plant management experience
• Strong experience in manufacturing operations (paper/packaging preferred)
• Proven leadership in managing teams in a high-speed manufacturing environment
• Strong operational and process improvement experience
