Required Skills:
- Strong experience with Pega PRPC version 7 or higher.
- Certified as CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect).
- Hands-on experience with Flows, Activities, Data Pages, Case Management, UI Rules, and Declarative Rules.
- Experience in integrating Pega applications with external systems using SOAP/REST services.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Confluence.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with Pega Decisioning or Pega Customer Service framework.
- Exposure to cloud-based Pega environments (Pega Cloud, AWS, Azure).
