Key Responsibilities
Clinical Imaging
- Perform MRI scans and imaging procedures
- Ensure high-quality diagnostic images
- Select appropriate imaging parameters
- Operate Client MRI scanners (Required)
- Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment
- Report equipment malfunctions
- Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures
- Ensure patient safety and comfort
- Follow MRI safety and infection control protocols
- Work with radiologists and clinical teams
- Support workflow and patient coordination
- Maintain professional communication
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards
- Follow EMR documentation protocols
- Minimum 2 years of MRI Technologist experience
- ARRT Certification (Required)
- BLS Certification (AHA - Required)
- Client MRI Scanner experience (Mandatory)
- Experience in Level 1 Trauma Center
- Willingness to obtain New York State License
- Experience in high-acuity hospital environments
