Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of surgical services, including OR, pre-op, and post-op areas
- Lead, mentor, and manage nursing and clinical staff
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and safety standards
- Develop and manage departmental budgets and resources
- Drive quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Collaborate with physicians, leadership, and cross-functional teams
- Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements
- Support staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning
- Maintain high standards of clinical care and operational excellence
- Active or eligible Montana RN license
- 5 years of Surgical Services nursing experience
- Leadership experience at Manager or Director level
- Strong clinical and operational knowledge

- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Master's degree (MSN, MHA, or MBA)
