Must-Have Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of laboratory leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience as MT / MLT (hands-on lab work required)
- Strong experience in Blood Bank (Required)
- ASCP Certification (MT/MLS/MLT - Preferred/Required as per facility)
- Strong knowledge of laboratory operations and compliance standards
- Experience in critical access or rural hospital settings
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Familiarity with lab information systems (LIS)
- Hospital Laboratory Department
- Onsite role in Junction, TX
- Team size: 3 Full-Time Techs 1 PRN
- Working manager role (clinical administrative duties)
- Must be flexible with schedule and on-call rotation
- Ability to manage both lab operations and hands-on testing
- Must comply with all clinical and regulatory standards
