Clinical Case Management
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans and behavioral support strategies
- Develop and adjust programs based on ongoing assessment and client progress
- Maintain a caseload of billable hours in addition to supervisory responsibilities
- Collaborate with directors, parents, and client support networks to review case progress
- Provide training, supervision, and support for clinicians and therapists
- Communicate effectively with funding sources regarding progress reports, authorizations, and meetings
- Ensure adherence to ABA principles, ethical guidelines, and treatment fidelity
- Participate in case reviews, staff meetings, and professional development
- Maintain documentation, clinical notes, and progress reports according to policy
- BCBA Certification OR Master's degree completed ABA coursework
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
- Valid driver's license and reliable insured transportation
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Ability to communicate routinely with team members regarding schedules and client needs
- Fluency in a second language (opportunity for increased base pay)
