This remote role serves as the bridge between operations, technology, and leadership – managing AMS360 as the agency’s operational backbone while driving automation, integration, and AI-readiness across Veracity’s technology stack.The ideal candidate combines a strong understanding of insurance operations with a strategic, solution-oriented mindset, ensuring our systems evolve alongside the needs of the business.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary administrator for AMS360, managing configuration, maintenance, user permissions, and data integrityEvaluate, implement, and document AMS360 features, workflows, and automation enhancements to improve efficiency and reliabilityOversee integrations between AMS360 and related systems (InsurLink, Vertafore PL Rating, ImageRight, CRM platforms, and digital engagement tools), ensuring seamless data flow and timely resolution of issuesCollaborate with Product, IT, and AI teams to develop and maintain data-driven process improvements, enhance cross-system performance, and strengthen connectivity across the technology stackPartner with AI and Operations teams to identify and implement intelligent automation, data enrichment, and workflow optimization opportunitiesEstablish and maintain governance standards for data quality, configuration management, and API integrationsSupport the rollout, change management, and user adoption of new automation, AI capabilities, and system enhancementsProvide Tier 2–3 system support for AMS360 and related applications, troubleshooting issues and ensuring a high level of user satisfactionDevelop user guides, training resources, and conduct sessions to promote best practices, adoption, and consistent system useAct as a liaison between users, leadership, and technical teams to align system requirements and deliver continuous improvementDesign and maintain reports and dashboards that deliver operational insights, KPIs, and analytics to support data-informed decisionsIdentify and implement opportunities to automate reporting, improve visibility, and streamline performance trackingRequired to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assignedRequirements and QualificationsRequired3–5 years of experience administering AMS360 or a comparable agency management systemStrong understanding of insurance agency operations, workflows, and data structuresProficiency in system configuration, maintenance, and user managementAnalytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutionsStrong documentation and communication skills, both technical and user-facingNaturally curious about how AI can simplify workflows and reduce manual effortPreferredExperience with API-based integrations, automation tools (Vertafore WorkSmart, Zapier, Power Automate), and cross-platform connectivityFamiliarity with Vertafore products such as InsurLink, ImageRight, and PL RatingWorking knowledge of Excel, Power BI, or similar data visualization toolsUnderstanding of information security and compliance frameworks related to agency dataPerksHealth, dental, and vision plansAmazing work-life balance with 4 weeks of Paid Time Off10 Paid Company Holidays with 2 floating holidays401K Programs with employer matchPersonal assistance programs for support in a healthy personal and work lifeWhy Veracity?Here at Veracity, you’ll be part of a team of trailblazers and visionaries.
