What You’ll Do
- Supervise and lead electrical crews on commercial construction projects
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
- Plan and coordinate daily work assignments for electricians and apprentices
- Ensure all work meets NEC code, project specifications, and safety standards
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades
- Conduct jobsite safety checks and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Track materials, labor, and daily job progress
- Train and mentor team members to support skill development
- 3–5 years of experience in commercial electrical work
- Foreman or leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems and NEC code
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage crews and maintain productivity on job sites
- Valid electrician license preferred
