Summary
We’re hiring someone who has direct, proven experience successfully selling SaaS into resorts, hospitality groups, or large destination properties.
This is a core enterprise sales role focused on driving adoption across activity-driven resort environments (golf resorts, ski resorts, integrated destination resorts, and large-scale hospitality properties). You will own the full sales cycle — from outbound through procurement to close — and work directly with leadership to secure early resort partnerships.
We are currently preparing for launch with initial resort and venue partners.
Responsibilities
· Lead enterprise SaaS sales into resorts and hospitality groups
· Own full sales cycle: outreach → demos → procurement → close
· Build relationships across Operations, Guest Experience, IT, and General Management
· Drive early partnership strategy and property-level adoption
Requirements (Must-Have)
· Minimum 3 years successfully selling SaaS directly into resorts, hospitality groups, or hotels
· Proven track record successfully closing enterprise or property-level deals ($25K–$100K ACV, annual contract value)
· Strong understanding of hospitality operations and decision-making structures
· Ability to operate independently in an early-stage environment
Compensation
· Initially Equity-based cash incentive for each sign up
· Subsequently cash equity as revenue is established
