Job Summary:
The Site Service Supervisor will serve as a point of contact for WDW, assisting and guiding Site Operations Managers. The Site Service Supervisor ensures that all VENU product lines located at WDW sites are maintained effectively and efficiently keeping in mind VENU and customer standards of safety, functionality, and show quality. To deliver these guidelines, the Site Service Supervisor will be required to have a thorough understanding of the equipment utilization and demand during the year and manage parts, labor, and supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure company standards are met including routine service schedules and maintenance reports while providing safe, exceptional, and timely delivery service
- Set goals, budgets, and performance benchmarks to ensure regional customer service performance is up to company standards
- Review reports for accuracy, cost of goods sold percentages, and merchandise trends
- Maintain and install Venu equipment at WDW
- Assist with management responsibilities: interviewing, mentoring, training, and developing associates
- Analyze processes and identify areas for improvement or increased efficiency
- Plan, manage, and carry out service projects including completing project maintenance itinerary, supervising associates, and site set up
- Prepare and communicate bi-weekly work schedules
- Create, implement, and maintain strategies, plans, and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
- Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their career advancement and performance enhancement
- Develops and nurtures long-term relationships with clients based on trust, respect, and open communication
- Actively seeks to understand client challenges and proactively offers solutions to enhance their experience and achieve desired outcomes
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required:
- 4 years supervisory experience in a theme park, entertainment, or a fleet maintenance environment
- 1-3 years of experience in equipment service or maintenance
- Mechanically inclined and oriented
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and planning skills
- Proven ability to adapt to new technologies and processes
- A willingness to share thoughts and opinions, and the ability to actively listen and respect others' perspectives
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Able to work in a fast-paced
- Able to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
