Ventus Executive Solutions is seeking a skilled SETA Program Manager to support tan innovative program office. You will provide direct support to Program Manager, leading ongoing technology demonstration projects and managing transition activities for advanced defense capabilities. You will coordinate contractor execution, engage with Government mission partners including USSOCOM and INDOPACOM, and bridge urgent operational needs with engineering teams to ensure successful program outcomes. You will possess extensive operational and program management experience, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of transitioning advanced technologies to military end-users. This role requires an experienced professional capable of managing complex programs, supporting executive-level briefings, overseeing dispersed teams, and driving mission-focused execution in a fast-paced national security environment. Work Location: Onsite: Arlington, VA.

Travel: Up to 15%)  

Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance required with SCI eligibility. U.S. Citizenship required.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 30 years of relevant operational and program management experience.
• Experience managing complex technical programs and demonstration efforts.
• Experience coordinating with Government stakeholders and mission partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level briefing development and delivery.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, and similar collaboration tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to urgent requests.
• Must be able to work onsite.

Desired Experience: 

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience serving as a Scientific and Engineering Technical Advisor (SETA).
• Experience supporting U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM).
• Military leadership experience.
• Special Operations Forces (SOF) experience.
• Experience with small Unmanned Aerial Systems (sUAS).
• Experience with Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems (cUAS).
• Experience with Ground Based Air Defense (GBAD) systems.
• Demonstrated success transitioning multi-million-dollar technologies to operational military users.
• Experience managing geographically dispersed teams and embedded deployments.
• Experience supporting program budget forecasting and financial tracking.
• Mission-focused mindset with enthusiasm for supporting national security objectives.
• Clear, concise, and direct communication style.
