Overview
Venturity Financial Partners is expanding its CFO Advisory Practice and seeking a seasoned financial leader who can bring structure, clarity, and calm to complexity.
This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on executive experienced with founder-led or PE-backed companies. You’ll lead client relationships, translate financials into strategy, and advise through major events — from growth to transaction.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and grow multiple client relationships, moving from project to ongoing advisory.
- Participate in business development, bringing opportunities and expanded scope to the firm.
- Drive results by connecting data to decisions and high-value outcomes.
- Guide clients through transactions, integrations, and strategic change.
- Mentor internal and offshore teams to deliver consistently excellent work.
- Communicate clearly and confidently across all levels — owners, operators, and teams.
What You Bring
- 10 years of progressive finance leadership (CFO, Controllership, FP&A, Banking, PE).
- 3 years in a client-facing or advisory environment.
- Proven Success in middle-market companies ($10M–$150M); comfortable in ambiguity.
- Transaction fluency: due diligence, deal structuring, and post-close integration.
- Broad business acumen with depth in FP&A, transaction readiness, or operational improvement.
- CPA or MBA preferred; degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
