What You’ll Do
- Act as a strategic partner, translating financial data into actionable insights that drive decision-making.
- Oversee financial health across multiple clients, focusing on cash flow management, profitability, and long-term growth.
- Lead key financial initiatives, including capital planning, transaction support, and KPI development.
- Collaborate with Controllers, Implementation Directors, and offshore teams to align financial strategy with operational goals.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable processes for sustainable success.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 5-7 years of CFO experience, ideally in multi-entity or private equity-backed environments.
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and capital raising.
- Strong executive-level communication skills with a strategic, solutions-focused mindset.
- Ability to develop scalable financial operations and lead cross-functional teams.
- CPA designation preferred but not required.
- Experience in M&A transactions, high-growth companies, and diverse industries is a plus.
- Audit background helpful.
