Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter / BillingCenter / ClaimCenter testing.
- Solid understanding of P&C insurance processes (quotes, policies, billing, claims).
- Experience in SIT, UAT, Regression, and E2E testing cycles.
- Ability to design high-quality test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
- Expertise in API testing using Postman/SoapUI.
- Proficiency with JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps or similar test management tools.
- Strong understanding of Guidewire configurations, business rules, integrations, and data models.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all testing activities for Guidewire implementations at UPS.
- Create test strategies, test plans, execution schedules, and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing across Guidewire modules.
- Drive defect management, including triage, reporting, prioritization, and closure.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, architects, and UAT teams.
- Ensure complete requirements traceability from user stories to test cases.
- Support UAT, assist business users during validation, and perform production verification.
- Provide regular test status reports, risks, and mitigation plans to project stakeholders.

- Strong team leadership skills with the ability to guide junior testers.
