Job Title: Performance Load Test Analyst
Location: Remote, with occasional onsite travel to Middletown, PA

Key Responsibilities:
Performance Testing & Quality Governance
- Follow SDLC and quality governance processes to ensure performance readiness across all UBOS releases.
- Define performance testing strategies, workloads, non-functional requirements, test scope, and acceptance criteria.
- Design and execute load, stress, endurance, scalability, and performance regression tests using NeoLoad.
Enterprise Application & Integration Testing
- Test enterprise applications and integrations involving SAP BRIM, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Convergent Mediation (CM), SAP Datasphere, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
- Simulate real-world workloads, including tolling transactions, billing cycles, payment processing, mediation events, analytics queries, batch jobs, and peak-volume scenarios.
- Validate CRM-to-SAP and SAP-to-CRM integrations, including APIs, message queues, asynchronous processing, and batch interfaces.
- Assess system behavior under concurrent users, high-volume API traffic, and large-scale financial processing.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor response times, throughput, error rates, resource utilization, and system saturation.
- Analyze test results across application, integration, analytics, and infrastructure layers to identify performance bottlenecks.
- Prepare detailed test reports, dashboards, executive summaries, and go/no-go recommendations.
- Establish performance baselines and support release-to-release benchmarking.
Automation & Delivery Support
- Develop, maintain, and execute NeoLoad performance test scripts.
- Support API, integration, and data-pipeline performance testing.
- Integrate performance tests with CI/CD pipelines where applicable.
- Support SIT, UAT, PI cycles, showbacks, go-live, and hypercare activities.
- Maintain technical documentation, test plans, test scripts, architecture diagrams, impact analysis reports, and lessons learned.
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of overall IT testing experience.
- 4 years of hands-on performance/load testing experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with NeoLoad (required).
- Experience testing enterprise-scale applications with high transaction volumes.
- Experience with SAP systems, CRM platforms, analytics platforms, and complex enterprise integrations.
- Strong understanding of load, stress, endurance, scalability, API, middleware, batch, and asynchronous processing performance testing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP BRIM, SAP S/4HANA, or SAP ECC.
- Experience with SAP Convergent Mediation (CM) and SAP Datasphere.
- Experience with bidirectional CRM–SAP integrations and CRM-to-ERP integrations.
- Experience in tolling, transportation, or public-sector environments.
- Experience with cloud or hybrid infrastructure performance testing.
