Your Opportunity: Venture Solutions, Inc., a Taylor company, is seeking a 3rd Shift Digital Print Operator to join our team in Arden Hills, Minnesota. We will train the right candidate, and this role offers great opportunity for growth in a clean, well-lit, and safe production environment. Your Shift: • Monday – Friday, 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. (3rd Shift) Your Responsibilities: • Operate digital printing devices such as Canon continuous printers and cut-sheet printers • Review job orders to determine quantities, paper type, colors, and special instructions • Collect and inspect samples during print runs to ensure accuracy and quality • Run multiple digital machines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting on equipment • Maintain adequate supplies and stage materials for upcoming jobs • Load and unload paper stock and set up print files • Complete all required production documentation accurately • Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow ISO 9001 quality standards You Must Have: • Basic computer skills (open, close, and print files) • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Basic measuring and math skills; ability to read a ruler and other measurement tools • Clear communication skills and ability to follow job tickets and instructions • Team-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated work style • Ability to stand for an entire shift and occasionally lift up to 70 lbs • Ability to work extended hours or weekends when needed Requirements Within This Position: • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand • Regularly required to remain in a stationary position • Constantly operates machinery and handles print materials • Frequently required to move inside the facility • Regularly lift, push, pull, and carry up to 25 pounds We Would Also Prefer: • Experience in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment • Willingness to learn new technology and grow within the company The anticipated hourly range for this position is $18 – $19. The actual base offered depends on qualifications, experience, skills, and work location. The listed range is one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation package.
