The Role
We're hiring a Digital Advertising Manager to run paid ad campaigns across our client roster - building them, optimizing them, and keeping them healthy day to day across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube. You'll be the one inside the accounts, watching performance closely and moving fast when something needs attention.
Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager and Google Ads is required.
Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta, YouTube, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and emerging platforms
- Monitor pacing and performance daily and catch problems early
- Handle technical onboarding for new clients and artists
- Keep reporting clean and current
- Spot underperforming campaigns and know what to try next
- Stay current on platform changes and new ad tools
- Work with the creative team to turn campaign data into better-performing assets
Who You Are
- 3 years running digital paid ad campaigns hands-on, not just assisting
- Real, working knowledge of Meta Business Manager and Google Ads Manager
- You can read a pile of data and tell someone what it means, not just what it says
- Detail-oriented, self-directed, and comfortable moving fast
- Agency or music industry experience is a plus, not a requirement
