Venture Logistics, a 3PL warehousing and freight forwarding company, is seeking a full-time Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role focuses on order management and data entry to ensure smooth operations and timely shipments.
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and update data in internal systems
- Coordinate with warehouse and freight teams to ensure timely delivery
- Assist with reporting and logistics documentation as needed
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or freight forwarding is a plus
- CargoWise experience desirable
