Duties include apartment leasing, marketing and social media management, resident correspondence, rules enforcement and accounting entries.
Ventura Investment Co. owns and manages investment properties in the southwest US and offers excellent training, company-paid industry education, and a competitive compensation package.
Experience in property management, excellent writing and communication skills and proficiency with MS Office are required. Yardi software experience and a Bachelor’s Degree are highly valued.
