  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Check guests in and out efficiently using the hotel’s property management system
  • Verify guest information, process payments, and issue room keys
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
  • Respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
  • Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness
  • Balance cash drawer and complete end-of-shift reports
  • Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

The Hotel Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing reservations, handling check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a positive guest experience from arrival to departure. This role serves as the first point of contact for guests and represents the hotel’s brand and standards.
