This master-planned community is highly amenitized and specifically designed with providing residents with numerous recreational and lifestyle options. It has earned awards and maintains a strong standing within the top ten master planned communities.
The Lake Host is responsible for interacting with residents and guests while enforcing the rules and safety regulations of lake life. This job plays an important role in enhancing our lively community and ensuring a safe, enjoyable environment for all.
What youll accomplish:
- Educating residents and guests about lake rules and safety regulations
- Extending the highest level of customer service
- Promoting events around the lake
- Assisting with equipment rental
- Patrolling the lake while tactfully enforcing rules and regulations
- Performing various maintenance duties and other tasks as needed
What were looking for:
- Customer service experience
- Upbeat personality that enjoys engaging with people
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Flexibility to work after-hours and weekends as scheduled
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
If driving is, or becomes, a requirement of the role, it is required, at all times, that you hold a valid state drivers license for the class of vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits. You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing. CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements.
The physical requirements can vary, but generally, they may include:
- Mobility: Ability to walk the grounds long distances in various weather conditions.
- Lifting and Carrying: Occasionally lifting and carrying supplies or equipment up to 40 pounds.
- Extended Sitting or Standing: Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events.
- Manual Dexterity: Skills in using technology, including computers and mobile devices.
