Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate, results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll support families and clients through the process of selecting and designing memorial products. You’ll manage the full sales cycle—from initial inquiry to closing and post-sale service—while ensuring empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail throughout every step.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet walk-in clients and respond to phone/email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Consult with families to understand their needs, budgets, and design preference
- Educate clients on available materials, customization options, cemetery regulations, and timelines
- Create quotes and manage follow-ups.
- Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, materials, and local cemetery rules
- Handle paperwork, contracts, and billing with accuracy and sensitivity
- Provide after-sale support and ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Prior sales experience, ideally in a consultative or service-based setting
- Experience in the monument, funeral, or cemetery industry is a strong plus
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Empathy, patience, and professionalism when working with grieving families
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
- Basic computer proficiency (email, order management systems)
- Ability to read and interpret simple sketches or design specs
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
