Venteon is currently seeking an experienced Tax Analyst to fill an opening with a reputable, well-established, multi-national company located in Metro Detroit.
Requirements of the Tax Analyst
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or related field
- 1 years of tax experience within the tax function of a multi-national corporation or public accounting firm with U.S. federal and state tax knowledge
- Strong time management, analytical and critical thinking skills
- CPA license
- Knowledge of CorpTax, CorpTax Office is a plus.

Responsibilities of the Tax Analyst
- Support all aspects of the Corporation’s international and federal income tax functions.
- Responsibilities include income tax compliance, planning, research and providing support to the finance team in the areas of accounting for income taxes (ASC 740)
- Preparation for federal Form 1120 including international information returns as well as state tax compliance.
- Assist with the quarterly and yearly income tax provisions.
- Maintain strong working relationship with internal tax team members.
