Requirements of the Quality Manager
- 3-5 years of manufacturing quality experience
- Strong understanding of Quality Standards & tools (PPAP, APQP)
- Experience with audit standards (ISO, IATF, VDA)
- Experience with steel processing and/or metallurgy

Responsibilities of the Quality Manager
- Plan and coordinate testing to ensure products and processes adhere to customer and industry standards
- Evaluate proposed changes in design , process and materials to current specifications.
- Develop and implement Continuous Improvement procedures to maintain and update standards
- Investigate problems and coordinate corrective action and follow up with customers and suppliers on countermeasures.
- Manage quality staff including technicians
Salary : $105,000 - $115,000
