What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior OneStream Administrator / Developer position at Venteon?
We're partnering with a growing organization that is looking to add an experienced OneStream Administrator/Developer to their Finance Systems team. This individual will play a key role in supporting, enhancing, and optimizing the company's OneStream platform while working closely with Finance and IT stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and support the OneStream platform.
- Develop and maintain business rules, dashboards, workflows, and reporting solutions.
- Partner with Finance to improve budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting processes.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing user support.
- Assist with system enhancements, upgrades, and new implementations.
- Create documentation and train end users as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of hands-on OneStream experience.
- Experience with financial consolidation, planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Knowledge of OneStream business rules, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
- Strong SQL and Excel skills are a plus.
- Experience working with Finance and Accounting teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- OneStream implementation or optimization experience.
- Background in accounting, finance, or financial systems.
- Experience integrating OneStream with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
