Requirements of the Applications Engineer
- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- 5-10yrs of experience in fluid system processing and equipment
- Experience with HVAC systems and fuel systems
- Automotive Industry Experience
- CAD skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Effective time management, organization and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities of the Applications Engineer
- Ability to organize and take the lead on the Application Engineering of products and
programs in order to meet company goals and objectives. - Serve customers by identifying their needs; engineering adaptations of products, and
services. - Technical interface with customer to develop production feasible solutions for various
tubing/fluid systems applications - Technical interfaces with design, manufacturing plants, testing, sales, program
management, purchasing and suppliers - Development and implementation of creative cost-effective solutions to technical,
performance, quality and durability problems discovered during development of new
products - Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) & Product Launch of new assemblies.
- New product design reviews
- Development of process flows
- DFMEA & PFMEA
- Bill of Material generation
